This Privacy Policy applies to games and related services published by Antisthenes Games, including Virtue Solitaire Collection and our pirate game, as well as other current or future titles.
We try to keep data collection minimal.
Some of our games operate mostly on your device and store progress locally. Some features, such as cloud sync, purchase restoration, online progression, multiplayer, anti-abuse protections, or other online functionality, require third-party infrastructure.

We generally do not require your real name, home address, or payment card details to play our games.
Payment card information is handled by the app store or payment platform, not by us directly.

Please note that deleting local app data on your device or uninstalling the game may not by itself delete server-side records associated with a pirate ID, Firebase identifier, or other backend account record.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal data through one of our games or services, contact us and we will review the request.
Because we rely on third-party service providers, your data may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards and practices of those providers and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
